UNILAK Created by the Rwanda Federation of Seventh-day Adventist Parents Association (FAPADER), which consists of several nonprofessional Adventist private secondary school associations.
The university is headquartered in the city of Kigali, Gabab and Remela districts, with about 10 hectares of land with administrative and academic buildings.
UNILAK Also expanded activities in the Southern Province (Nyanza) and the Eastern Province (Rwamagana), both campuses with competitive modern boarding facilities.
